Very truly yours,
When NON-COMPETE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT ended, Gail's x-business partner, James Mann (Jim) from Chicago IL of Representative Sales and Frank A. Edmunds stopped paying royalties. For a period of time it appeared this former business partner had stopped selling Sewgrip®. Unfortunately new resellers kept popping-up, which forced Gail Romiti (inventor) to diligently defend her IP rights by sending Cease & Desist demand letters. Intellectual Property infringements are not victimless civil crimes.
Gail Romiti asserts, "under the strictest penalties of perjury the above statements are true. 11/28/2014.
